Dairy-free “Parmesan Cheese”

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup raw cashews
- 3 tbsp Nutrional Yeast
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into blender or food processor. Pulse blend until it resembles parmesan cheese.
- Use as a topping on tomato dishes or casseroles.
