Dairy-free “Parmesan Cheese”

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup raw cashews
  • 3 tbsp Nutrional Yeast
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into blender or food processor. Pulse blend until it resembles parmesan cheese.
  • Use as a topping on tomato dishes or casseroles.
