Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 5 leaves Leafy Greens Chard, Kale, etc.
  • 1 Banana
  • 1.5 cups Frozen Fruit
  • 2 cups Non-dairy "milk" Cashew, Almond, Coconut, Oat, etc.
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds optional
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Protein powder optional

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
