Pico de Gallo
A classic Mexican condiment
Servings 2 cups
Ingredients
- 4 Roma Tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- 1 jalepeno
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Dice the tomatoes into small pieces.
- Chop the onion into small pieces.
- Mince the Jalepeno. Remove the seeds if you want to cut down on the heat.
- Mince the cilantro.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
