- 1 large potato
- garlic powder
- Using a mandolin, slice the potato into 1/16" thin slices.
- Layer on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Do not overlap slices.
- Sprinkle seasonings on top of slices.
- Bake at 400 degrees. You will need to keep an eye on these as they cook so that they don't burn. You may want to flip them halfway through.
