Teriyaki Tofu & Vietnamese Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
- 1 block Slo-n-Lo Tofu
- 1 unit Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 portion Vietnamese Cabbage Salad
- crisp greens romaine or iceberg
Instructions
- Make the Slo-n-Lo Tofu
- When tofu is sufficiently crisped, add the Teriyaki sauce.
- Plate on a bed of crisp greens: salad first; top with tofu. Garnish with green onions
