Prep Time 10 minutes
- 1 Block of Extra Firm Tofu
- 1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tbsp Italian herbs
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 pinch Salt
- Using a nutmilk bag, squeeze as much water out of the tofu as you can.
- Crumble tofu into a mixing bowl.
- Add all other ingredients and combine.
- Optionally, you can blend this in a food processor for a creamy texture. Blend and add water is small amounts until it reaches the desired texture.
