Tofu "Ricotta"

Ingredients

  • 1 Block of Extra Firm Tofu
  • 1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tbsp Italian herbs
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Using a nutmilk bag, squeeze as much water out of the tofu as you can.
  • Crumble tofu into a mixing bowl.
  • Add all other ingredients and combine.
  • Optionally, you can blend this in a food processor for a creamy texture. Blend and add water is small amounts until it reaches the desired texture.
